Our hydroponically grown mustard frills are simply stunning and delicious, with the tangy flavour of gourmet mustard. They taste great mixed with other salad leaves such as our butterhead or summer crisp lettuce, or paired with our other spicy greens such as arugula and purple mizuna. From zingy corn salads to peppery dijon flavoured salads, They are fantastic when lightly steamed, stir-fried or sautéed. Whether used in bean soups, julienned, or as a substitute for spinach in your quiche, our mustard frills are marvellous.
Health: Mustard frills contain many health-boosting antioxidants like beta carotene, which can protect your skin and lower risk factors of diabetes. The greens are also a great source of several B vitamins, including thiamine (B1,) niacin (B3,) and pyridoxine (B6.)
