Attractive purple veined leaves, serrated with a mild, mustard like flavour. A heirloom asian green variety, our purple mizuna is ideal for stir fries, Asian salads, woks, noodles, and stews. Because of its slightly peppery flavour, it is also often enjoyed when cooked or pickled.
